Jason Mitsch

Jason Mitsch is a pop and rock musician based in the Washington, D.C. area, with frequent performances in Dewey Beach, Delaware, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic venues. He specializes in high-energy covers of Top 40 hits spanning the 1970s to the present day.

His repertoire covers classic rock, pop, alternative, pop-punk, and related styles. Sets commonly include material associated with artists such as Bruce Springsteen and The Killers, alongside a broad range of familiar radio hits from multiple decades. He is listed as available for bookings that travel up to 200 miles from the D.C. region.

Mitsch performs both as a solo act and with groups. One recurring project is Practically Einstein, which has held multiple dates at Jimmy’s in Dewey Beach. Other scheduled appearances include Irresponsible at Eagles Nest Country Club in Phoenix, Maryland, and shows at O’Shaughnessy’s Pub in Alexandria, Virginia. He maintains an active calendar of bar, club, and private event dates across the region.

On BandMix and similar platforms he describes more than 30 years of playing music and over 100 gigs completed. He lists expert-level experience as a vocalist (tenor) and on bass guitar and upright bass, with advanced ability on rhythm and acoustic guitar. He remains open to additional collaborations and is available most nights of the week.

Public profiles emphasize reliable, crowd-oriented performances built around recognizable songs rather than original material. He continues to book steadily through platforms such as Bandsintown and MusicGigs, focusing on venues and events in the D.C.–Delaware corridor where audiences expect familiar hits delivered with energy and consistency.
